We sell directly to our customers (from October to March) either fresh pork or pork made into prosciutto, salami, finocchiona, as well as regular and spicy sausages.
All these products are prepared according to the ancient established tradition of the tuscan “norcineria”.
All our pigs are grown and feeded exclusively with barley and corn produced in our fields.
At Fattoria Morrocco we also use our fields to pasture and breed a typical IGP selection of pure Chianina beef cattles.
The beef we produce with our breeding is available only upon reservation at Fattoria Morrocco.
